What are your hours?

We are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, minus a handful of national holidays throughout the year. There are some limitations depending on which Pet Care Service(s) you select, but rest assured that we will tailor a customized service schedule to fit your particular needs, whatever they may be.

Where are you located?

Our Dog Walking and Pet Sitting service area is primarily focused in the waterfront communities of Baltimore City, and specifically includes the neighborhoods of: Canton, Brewers Hill, Patterson Park, Butchers Hill, Fells Point, Harbor East, Little Italy, Inner Harbor, Federal Hill and Locust Point. Limited Pet Sitting Services are offered outside the areas outlined above on a per-case basis.

Are you bonded and insured?

Absolutely! Prancing Pooches carries a comprehensive dishonesty bond and premium liability insurance policy so that you know your pets, property, and belongings will remain in the most responsible hands at all times.

Are your employees background checked?

All Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters undergo an extensive criminal history background check where we carefully screen new employees for all prior offenses, with particular caution taken toward any crimes that might indicate or be related to violence and/or theft.
