Dylan is as laid-back as they come! This chill guy loves his rambling strolls around Patterson Park, and might as well be referred to as the “Mayor of Highlandtown.” Dylan has friends on just about every block and is always eager to make more, welcoming all who cross his path. He enjoys belly rubs most of all, and will never turn down a treat! We’ve been blessed to have him as our neighbor and friend for years.
