Willow is a spunky little gal! She enjoys her walks around Federal Hill, and is sure to make friends with everyone she meets. Willow’s favorite things to do are playing with her toys and getting treats from her walkers. This sweet pooch will always welcome extra “pets” (even by complete strangers she meets on the street), and brings joy to all those who pass by her way.
