Rosie is a cheerful pooch who loves everybody she meets, dogs and people alike! Quite the socialite, she enjoys taking walks with her friends around the Locust Point neighborhood. Rosie’s “claim to fame” is balancing a treat on her nose until given the command to chomp it! We’ve had the pleasure of knowing this gal since she was a wee little pup, and are proud to say she’s grown up to be a sweet young lady.
